New Patients

After you’ve scheduled your visit, you’ll receive new patient paperwork from us via email. Once you complete it electronically, the information will be securely sent for us to review prior to your appointment.

You’ll meet with Dr. Jill to talk about your health history and the stresses that might be challenging your central nervous system health. We’ll discuss your health goals, then move into the examination. This process includes scanning with the INSiGHT™ Subluxation Station. After the scanning, your visit is concluded, lasting 30-45 minutes in total.

When you return, Dr. Jill will have analyzed the results from your examination. She’ll detail your report of findings, going through your scans and what they mean. If our objective findings indicate you are a candidate for care, we’ll present you with a plan of our recommendations. We’ll discuss how long it’ll take to reach your goals and your financial investment. Then, you’ll have an opportunity to get your first chiropractic adjustment.

Your adjustment is done based on what your scans have told us about your central nervous system. We’ll explain everything we’re doing so that you know exactly what you can expect. This visit takes about 30 minutes.

Your follow-ups are quick and convenient, taking just a few minutes to complete your adjustment. You’ll be in and out within about 10 minutes.

There are two phases of care at our office: rebuilding and wellness. When you have your scans done, if they look good, you can immediately enter wellness care. If you need to improve your function, however, we’ll have you start with the initial rebuilding phase.

Every 12 visits, we’ll retake scans to mark your progress during your rebuilding phase. In wellness care, you’ll have scans taken every 3-6 months to ensure you’re staying on track.
