Prioritizing Mom's Health Postpartum

Baby's finger being heldIf you’ve recently had a baby, it can be tough to adjust to adding a little one to your family. Many new parents feel overwhelmed, and we often hear that mom’s recovery and other needs fall to the wayside.

However, the best way for a new mom to take care of her little one is to be sure she takes care of herself too! From lack of sleep to frequently carrying baby to hunched nursing/bottle feeding postures, mom’s body is going through a lot….all while trying to recover from the birth process! This quick video goes through how we can help guide new moms to feel and function optimally so they can be at their best for their little one.

We’re honored to care for many postpartum women and babies and we would be happy to help you and your growing family!
